Psychology tells us that the most effective means of handling pain is to move into it and through it. \nThe AntiRacism Institute offers a safe and supportive way for you to deal with the injustice of racism. Sitting at the feet of a Black man\, Emmanuel Acho\, author of Uncomfortable Conversations With a Black Man\, a trained facilitator will guide you through uncomfortable conversations as you learn what you didn’t know you didn’t know.
