HeartFit For Life provides medically supervised exercise and educational programs dedicated to help reduce the risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease. While we continue to operate out of our Palo Alto facility, HeartFit For Life has broadened its focus to delivering safe and effective Home-Based Cardiac Rehabilitation anywhere by being the first to leverage state of the art technologies for online classes. It is a home for longevity!
HeartFit For Life does not turn anyone away for lack of financing. We offer scholarship funding to those in need and thus rely on fundraising and grants to help subsidize the scholarship program.
