Sacred Silence Meditation
In a world full of noise, sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply be still. Sacred Silence Meditation offers a welcoming space to rest, reset, and reconnect with your own inner quiet.

Join us Sunday Morning in the Fireside Room or Register for the Zoom. Our meditation leaders alternate between Moj Rasmi and Sue Skalina, and Rev. John on the 4th Sunday of the month.

In this 30-minute Song & Sound Meditation, let sound, song, and silence resonate in your body and soothe your mind.
As gentle musics fills your body and soul, you'll quiet your thoughts and rest your body. Short moments of silence allow you to go deeper and connect with your inner serlf. This gentle, easy method of meditation will help you reduce stress, ease anxiety, and settle you into a real sense of peace and balance.

One Heart Yoga brings Kundalini Yoga to Unity Palo Alto!
