Since 1975, Adolescent Counseling Services (ACS) has empowered youth in our community to find their way through social-emotional support by building safe, accepting communities in Santa Clara County. They believe that all youth should be empowered with the tools and knowledge to face life’s challenges. They provide a community counseling program, an adolescent substance and treatment program, an outlet program for LGBTQ, and an on-campus counseling program.
The Unity Palo Alto Sharing Abundance donations continue to support the network of skilled family therapists and professionally-led support groups and resources that youth and their families can rely on when needed. Specifically, this year’s donation will help 3 children receive 2 weeks of free counseling in the Redwood City community counseling program.
