UPLIFT Prayer Circle
Get your mid-week spiritual UPLIFT on Zoom with Rev. John. We will begin with the Daily Word and meditation, and then hold each other in affirmative prayer.
We support each other with our heart agreements:
- Center - I will center myself before joining the Zoom.
- Be Fully Present - I will be fully present during each meeting.
- Visualize - I will visualize the highest and best for myself and every other person based on their expressed desires.
- Advice-free Zone - I practice sacred listening and refrain from giving advice.
- Trust - I will keep all that is said in confidence. I will not speak to or reach out to another person unless explicitly asked.

<emA Music Meditation Experience

Sink into an experience of Spirit with Rev. John Riley & Margo LeDuc. During this meditation experience, we will have four meditation segments, each with a guided meditation, original chants written by Margo, and time in the Silence. The entire experience will last approximately 45 minutes.
