A new kind of yoga that everyone can do and anyone can benefit from. You'll develop strength & flexibility, but its primary focus is meditation, with the ultimate goal of enlightenment. Wear easy on/off shoes and loose, comfortable clothing, but don't expect to sweat. Bring a meditation cushion and/or yoga block if you have them. (A yoga mat can be useful but is not required.)

This 8-week series builds from one session to the next. By the end, you'll have built an energy activation and meditation practice you can do on your own--one that leads to a joyful connection with something far greater than yourself.
