Kundalini Yoga brings together gentle physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and sound. It’s designed to help you balance your nervous system, leading to self-healing, relaxation, and greater self-awareness.

The Experience
Classes are taught by One Heart Yoga, a non-profit organization that has been teaching Kundalini in the Bay Area for over 30 years. You’ll practice with instructors who are certified by the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association!
All ages and abilities are welcome in person or on Zoom, Tuesday from 7pm-8:15pm. Bring a mat, a blanket, and any cushions that help you feel comfortable.
1. WE CENTER OURSELVES
A short chant helps everyone transition from the day and focus inward
2. WE MOVE AND BREATHE
Warm-up exercises, then the main yoga set with guided postures and breathing patterns
3. WE REST DEEPLY
Time to lie down and let your body integrate everything
4. WE CLOSE TOGETHER
A meditation and a simple blessing song
This is for anyone who wants to feel more centered and less scattered. For people who sense they’ve lost touch with themselves. For anyone seeking practical tools to manage stress and cultivate awareness.
