Board of Trustees Business Meeting
Our Board of Trustees is a model for implementing Unity Principles at our Spiritual Center. Striving to put Spirit first, we lead from a consciousness of abundance, love, and understanding.
During the Business Meeting, you have two opportunities to participate: at the beginning, after the approval of the previous meeting's minutes, and towards the end, after the action item review.

Tuesday Night Yoga
One Heart Yoga brings Kundalini Yoga to Unity Palo Alto!
Date: every Tuesday
Location: Fireside Room
Time: 7-8:15pm
Cost: Love Offering/donation to One Heart Yoga and Unity Palo Alto
This powerful form of yoga blends gentle postures, breathwork, meditation, and sound to calm the nervous system and support self-awareness.
All levels are welcome to join to reduce stress, deepen focus, and foster balance in body and mind.

UPLIFT Prayer Circle
Get your mid-week spiritual UPLIFT on Zoom with Rev. John. We will begin with the Daily Word and meditation, and then hold each other in affirmative prayer.
We support each other with our heart agreements:
- Center - I will center myself before joining the Zoom.
- Be Fully Present - I will be fully present during each meeting.
- Visualize - I will visualize the highest and best for myself and every other person based on their expressed desires.
- Advice-free Zone - I practice sacred listening and refrain from giving advice.
- Trust - I will keep all that is said in confidence. I will not speak to or reach out to another person unless explicitly asked.

Devil’s Slide Trail is a beautiful 1.3-mile paved multi-use path perched high on the cliffs between Pacifica and Montara. There are benches along the way to pause and enjoy the views. The maximum distance is 2.6 miles — you can make it as short or as long as feels right for you.

Unity considers the Bible to be its basic textbook for the teaching of Truth and a manual for unfolding the human soul. While Unity encourages readers of the Bible to study it as a historical document, our main approach to biblical study is metaphysical. In other words, we look for the spiritual meaning underlying everything. In doing so, we see the people, places, and events mentioned in the Bible as representative of an idea or a state of consciousness.
This workshop will introduce you to a step-by-step method for metaphysically interpreting and applying the meanings to your life. It is a prerequisite for our upcoming monthly Metaphysical Bible Interpretation group.
