You already have everything you need to create the life you desire. You just need to remember how to use it.

Within you right now are twelve spiritual powers—innate capacities that, when consciously activated, transform how you navigate challenges, create possibilities, and live with radiance and purpose.
In this 6-week journey through Sarah Connors’ Adventures in Resilience, you’ll move beyond simply knowing about the 12 Powers to actually experiencing and expressing them in your daily life.
This is a shared exploration—not a lecture. We learn from each other’s insights, questions, and real-life applications.
Together, we’ll:

• Read and reflect on each of the 12 Powers between sessions
• Share our discoveries about how these powers show up (or hide) in our lives
• Explore reflection questions that reveal each person’s unique expression of these capacities
• Craft and share personal affirmations that activate and strengthen our spiritual powers
• Support one another in a safe, inclusive community of fellow seekers
• Learn from each other’s practical applications in relationships, work, and everyday decisions

You’ll walk away with:

• A deeper understanding of your 12 spiritual powers and how to access them
• Personal affirmations you’ve created to anchor these powers in your consciousness
• Real-world practices for expressing Faith, Strength, Wisdom, Love, Power, Imagination, Understanding, Will, Order, Zeal, Renunciation, and Life
• Insights gleaned from others’ journeys and shared wisdom
• Greater resilience when life throws you curveballs
