Each situation has the potential to teach us about ourselves, other people so that we may live more fully our higher self. Brene’ Brown says, “The rumble begins with turning up our curiosity level and becoming aware of the story we’re telling ourselves about our hurt, anger, frustration, or pain.”

As we turn up the curiosity level we begin to discover the insights into our ‘human self’. We begin to identify the places within us in need of healing. We rise above our stories and live authentically. We cultivate more connection and love in our relationships. We rise strong.
