“We can change the world one heart at a time.” I sing these words from my song and recognize that truly we have the power to change the world and make a difference. I give love and kindness to myself and to everyone I meet!

I go into the inner sanctuary of my heart to quietly sit with God. In my sacred time of prayer, I set the intention to Spirit for wisdom. As my mind clears, I am able to perceive deep insight as the still, small voice of God-life within.

As an instrument of the Divine, I attune to Spirit through Disciplined practice. I reflect on what I most want to experience, engage in activities that support my goals, and set my intention to repeat them daily. Discipline brings me joy.

I AM a spiritual being, free and unlimited. Through spiritual understanding I see the Path before me. Guided by the indwelling Spirit, I AM assured of spiritual peace and the conviction that what I do is a divine prompting.

Intentions are more then wishful thinking; they are a part of my divine purpose. In the stillness, I open my mind to divine inspiration, I open my heart to divine love, and I listen to the calling of Spirit within. with courage and confidence I bring this intention into my world.

I create my life one day at a time, one moment at a time. As I reflect on the year I have manifested, I give thanks for all that has come before this moment; for the challenges that have strengthened my faith, and the blissful moments that made me whole. I let go and I am ready to welcome new growth.

I cultivate joy by appreciating the gifts that grace me every day. I choose to focus on the good in my life. I live in an abundant universe, where I am loved and blessed. I joyfully express the Christ in me!

Love is always calling us higher. It beckons us to expand our compassion and understanding to treat others as we would wish to be treated. When we live in love, we are radiating the essence of the Christ in us.

I am healed and transformed through the power of divine light and love.

Faith is part of my spiritual inheritance. I hold to my faith when the way is unclear. I release any worry, doubt or fear, and listen to the still, small voice within. I open my heart to divine guidance.

Blessing someone or something calls forth the action and activity of Spirit drawing to us our good and the joy that comes when our thoughts are focused on the ever-present Source of our being.

God is the source of a mighty stream of substance, and you are a tributary of that stream, a channel of expression. Blessing the substance and cultivating a consciousness of gratitude, increase its flow.

Embracing my shadow, I bring it into the light and heal. I am whole.

From your center, you bring the attributes of wholeness to the experiences of the storm. The purpose of your center is not to make the storm go away. The purpose of taking life into your center is to get what you need in order to become fully present to the storm.

You are the avenue through which the presence of God lives in this world. For this to occur, you must show up. You must be present to win.

Purpose is the universe’s intention to be, through you, the presence of God.You exist because Purpose is. Your spiritual purpose is to be the expression of the divine nature at the center of your being.
